Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER placing an order through the website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Subject

The sale and delivery of the products specified in the order summary, with their characteristics and sale price.

3. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within the statutory 30-day period.

4. Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notice using the original payment method. Opened socks and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes arising from this agreement.
