When will my order ship?+
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Your tracking number is sent by email.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on orders over TRY 1,500. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Which size should I choose for oversize t-shirts?+
The oversize fit is cut generously on purpose. Your usual size gives a relaxed look; size down for a closer fit. Every product page has a size guide.
How do I find my trouser size?+
The size guide on each trouser page lists the waist measurement for every size. Measure your waist just above the navel and compare. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger one.
Which payment methods can I use?+
You can pay by credit or debit card, protected by 3D Secure. Card details are never stored on our site; payments are processed by a licensed payment institution.
How do returns and exchanges work?+
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, opened boxer briefs and socks cannot be returned.
How can I track my order?+
If you are signed in, go to My Account › Orders. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation email.
