This site is in a trial phase; shipping and return terms will be finalised at launch.

14-day returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in resaleable condition.

How to return

1. Send us your return request with your order number via the contact page or by email.
2. Ship the item back with its invoice using the details we send you.
3. Once the item has arrived and been checked, we refund you using your original payment method.

Exchanges

Follow the same steps to exchange a size or colour, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened boxer briefs and socks cannot be returned.
